Nonetheless.I just felt that he's a normal guy and in that moment he just wanted to have a normal conversation with a normal person. I guess I got nervous and confused why the fuck someone so big was actually that nice ahah I don't know.I guess you expect those big music guys to be jerks. ) and he invited me to stay on the stage.not for every one to see of course, but to stay close by.but me being shy and not wanting to bother I didn't went to. We had some drinks together (well he was only drinking Redbull He was the only one that spend some actual time talking to me and he is a super normal guy.not a bit of a jerk. He's the nicest guy I ever met in the music industry.

I wasn't the biggest fan of his music but after that show I changed my mind about him. Not very related to the topic but here it goes.I was lucky enough to win a contest to play in a big festival in Portugal and I got to play with Garmiani, Brooks, Corey James, Steven Angello and Alan Walker. this doesn't always come across in his work, but I love that that's his message for his audience and I support that. it's really simple, but I think it's super important. I wasn't really exposed to this until I saw him live, but when I did, he was very passionate about making sure people knew that they aren't alone, and that they are loved. His older stuff (faded, Spectre, etc), blends together for me though, I def get that. Haven't listened regularly in a little bit (I go through rotating genre phases), but Lily, Lonely, Darkside, and All Falls Down are all great, and I don't remember not liking anything on this album. It has some great songs, melodies, and sounds all around. His Different World Album definitely is where it's at, as other commenters have said.I can't explain much more than that, but the sounds he chooses/creates are very pleasing to me. just my two cents, for what it's worth i still like a lot of alan walker musicīig AW Fan from the US here.

it's just been a snowball effect on his popularity with mainstream listenersĪlso worth mentioning that he seems to market himself more toward asia than europe/americas compared to other producers. he (his team) continues to make songs in the same mainstream appealing sound that "faded" had and also eventually goes on to make more pop / less edm type songs re: different world, on my way, coming home.i'm sure he has input on his music, but it is generally accepted that he is mostly ghost produced sony catches on to his popularity and he becomes a brand more so than a producer.it surpasses the original and breaks into the mainstream. couple years later he releases "faded", which is his most popular song with pop lyrics added, so that blows up because it is a winning formula.he released "fade" with nocopyrightsounds awhile back, which became immensely popular not only because people liked it but because it was able to be used in youtube videos and spread that way.
